Refund Policy

At SaturdayChiro, we keep things simple, transparent, and fair. Because appointments reserve dedicated time with our chiropractor and all visits are prepaid, we do not offer refunds on any services or packages. However, we make rescheduling easy as long as it’s done in advance.

1. No Refunds on Services or Packages

All sales are final.

SaturdayChiro does not provide refunds for:

Single-visit appointments
Adjustment sessions
Add-on services (massage gun therapy, hot/cold pack therapy, etc.)
Prepaid visit packages (3-, 6-, or 12-visit packs)
Missed or late-cancelled appointments
Gifted or transferred visits

Once a service or package has been purchased, it is considered non-refundable, regardless of usage, scheduling, or changes in circumstance.

This policy exists to ensure fairness, maintain affordable pricing, and reserve appointment times exclusively for committed patients.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We allow rescheduling only, not refunds.

You may reschedule an appointment up to 2 hours before your appointment time.

Rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of your appointment time are treated as a late cancellation and the session is forfeited.
